• Account information: Email address, name, and password when you sign up.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• Video content: Videos you upload for processing. These are stored temporarily and deleted after processing is complete.
• Usage data: How you interact with the service (pages visited, features used).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our video splitting service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To communicate with you about your account
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Video Processing & Storage

Videos you upload are processed on our servers using AI transcription and analysis. Processed clips are available for download for 7 days, after which they are permanently deleted. We do not use your video content for training AI models or share it with third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — Payment processing
• OpenAI — AI transcription and analysis (video audio is sent for processing)
• Hetzner — Server hosting (EU-based)

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)
