1. Service Description

SplitReel is an AI-powered video splitting tool that helps creators turn long-form video content into short-form clips for social media platforms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use SplitReel.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free accounts are limited to 3 videos per month with a watermark.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.

4. Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all videos you upload and clips generated by SplitReel. We do not claim any rights to your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond the provided API
• Resell access to SplitReel without permission

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

SplitReel is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SplitReel after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
